Food Preservation (Freezing & Dehydrating)

Stretch your food dollars by purchasing fruits and vegetables in season and preserving them at home.  In this class you will learn the arts of freezing and dehydrating fruits and vegetables and making fruit leathers and jerky.  Call MCC continuing education at 254-299-8888 to register.  Cost is $29.00.
